When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-12 business days and shipped via USPS. A shipping confirmation email and tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please be aware that I am a small business owner who is also a full-time college student, but I assure you all orders are shipped out ASAP! I will do my best to accommodate to any needs but once your order has left my hands and is sent to the post office, I have no control over it!

 

When do preorders ship? How does the process work?

If the item(s) you placed an order for contain a preorder item, please allow a processing time of 3-5 weeks for your order to be shipped out. This gives me time to place the order with my manufacturer, have the items prepped and shipped out to me, as well as the time it takes me to package and ship the preorders out myself.

 

Do you offer local pick-ups? How do they work?

Yes, our pick-up option is available to LTX local customers only. The same processing times apply and you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to pick-up. It is your responsibility as a customer to reach out to me via email in order to schedule a pick-up date/time. So, please ensure you provide an active phone number/email at checkout and that you are able to pick-up your order in a timely manner.

With that being said, a two-week grace period is given to the customer once a pick-up email has been sent. Failure to respond back to me within that time period will result in automatic cancellation of your order and only a 50% refund will be issued to cover the cost of service.

 

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately due to limited inventory, we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. However, if there is a problem with your order please email me or fill out the form on our contact page so that we can get it resolved. We hope you understand and we thank you so much for your support!


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and the UK for right now. We do plan on expanding to wider regions in the future but for now those are the only listed countries we ship to. I definitely recommend following our Instagram & other social medias for any announcements, updates, or news on the matter.

Please keep in mind that custom fees may apply depending on where you're ordering from. We are not responsible for any custom fees.

 

Oh no! I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email me within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period passes, I unfortunately cannot change it. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost/missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Do you restock designs/products that are sold out?

We do our best to restock popular items, but we cannot guarantee that sold out items will come back in stock due to limited inventory from our manufacturers, shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. That is why we recommend you take advantage of our launch days to avoid missing out!

Help! What size should I get?

All our apparel is unisex and true to size. Although, sizing up is recommended for those that prefer an oversized/cozier style!
